Purple
So here’s the new layout. Brilliant shade of purple. It was pretty much inspired by this colour palette - or just blatantly ripped off, I suppose - so… there you go. If you don’t like the purple, you can always revert to the previous theme I had (it’s also in the sidebar).

So I’ve done a complete revamp of my site and added a couple of new things. I’ll probably add even more stuff, like mirroring all my fanfiction (and possibly art) over here, and get design.confutatis.org up and running with this nifty new plugin.
So, uh, Happy New Year, etc. I’m not quite sure what to think about it, since I don’t honestly care for such things. My aunt called me up at midnight wishing me a Happy New Year. She was really excited about it, and I felt kinda bad for being ‘meh’.
I burnt the roof of my mouth with pizza today while hanging out with my uncle and aunt. I also shopped around Abercrombie & Fitch… I don’t really understand the appeal in it. Maybe it’s because I just learned I can wear more than one piece of clothing on my body at a time, but the clothes there are so flimsy and tiny you’d think they were made by mice using their thumbs to measure. Then we watched We Own the Night. It was uneventful.
I’m one year older. Shit.
Annoyed
Every week I find more new and exciting ways to fuck up the impressions my cousins have on me.
On another note: new layout, for better accessibility. I’m still sticking with my Keira Knightley one, though.

Spent approximately 6 hours working on and off on this. I’ve learned a ton of new stuff, and now everything’s CSS. So here it is: Keira Knightley! Whee!

I’m such a huge fan of the Davy Jones/Calypso pairing, so I had to put it as my layout. I’m not too happy with the way the graphic turned out, but whatever. It always can be fixed. So can the colors.
And Bill Nighy is love. ^^
Out of impulse I bought the 2 disc Underworld DVD edition. I snagged it off eBay for 9 bucks, so it’s not all that bad. All I wanted to see was the special features in the 2nd disc, where I’ve heard Bill’s extremely funny. Not to mention bloopers as well. One can never have enough of bloopers. Haha, I can’t wait!
New Layout(s)!
Both on LJ and Confutatis.org! Not a big fan of the LJ one (I’m too old to pick up new things, and that’s the excuse I’m sticking with. I’m still learning how to tweak Wordpress, and my brain cannot hold anymore new CSS coding.) and I’m kinda… ‘meh’ about this one on Confutatis.
I spent more time than I intended to tweak the layout - I basically copied my old ‘Minimalistic’ layout and replaced the image, and then I realized the colors looked awful. Then one thing led to another, and I would up using div layers to frame the posts instead. Whatever it is, I do love the header to bits. The only thing that was cool about Underworld was 1. Kate Beckinsale’s (or stunt double’s) landings, and 2. Bill Nighy. The makeup on him was awesome. He was cool as hell. I watched Underworld: Evolution just for that 5 minutes of Bill Nighy screen time. The rest of the movie was so trashy.
