Driving… the finale?
Well, I got my driver’s license 4 days ago. *smug* With only 6 demerit points! Whee~
The conversation/interview after the test with the tester was a little weird though. We were supposed to go through all the mistakes that we made on the road, and then they’ll correct us and stuff. This one didn’t. Hm.
Him: So… first time taking test arh?
Me: Yup!
H: *makes a bunch of ticks and double checks my IC* Oh… so you are from the United States?
M: Yup, I’m from the States.
H: You going back there?
M: Yeah, I probably am. Going overseas next year to study, possibly.
H: *pauses, like trying to absorb the information* … Hmm?
M: … I’m going to the States to study next year. So yeah, I’m going back.
H: … No more?
M: *confused* No more what?
H: No more States?
M: (I decided to make it a little easier) … Yeah. No more States.
H: So… you have no property there anymore?
M: Well… I have relatives there…
H: Hmm?!
M: I have relatives in the States. So… I dunno if I have property there or not… they’re probably all under my relatives’ care…
H: *very confuzzled* Okay. NAH. *hands me paper*
M: Oh hey. I PASSED! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
H: *grunts*

Me: Dad, I got my driving license!
Dad: Oh… WOW! GOOD FOR YOU!!! WOW!!! I’m so proud of you! Now you can drive us around!
Me: Can I drive your car?
Dad: No.
Me: (WHAT?!) Why?
Dad: Car’s too big. You can’t control it.
Me: ;__________;
So at this point, my license is useless. I feel so sad. =(
